A new luxurious hotel to open in Jeddah – Rocco Forte

The people living in UK are well aware of luxurious Rocco Forte Hotels presently having properties in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Brussels etc. and Jeddah is one of the prominent places for the future opening of Rocco Forte Hotel.

The British Hotelier, Rocco Forte, has announced the launch of a hotel property comprising of 2 towers in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. 11 of the hotel properties are successfully serving the guests in various parts of UK and this new launch would be 12th addition to the Rocco Forte Hotels.

The location of Rocco Forte’s Jeddah property will be on the Tahlia Street, just at a distance of 20 minutes drive from the airport. It is also in the close proximity of city’s central business district. This will add on the options for the locals as well as the business visitors to the city. Moreover, the pilgrims who wish to stay in Jeddah before or after performing Umrah will find it a very well-situated option for them.

The Director of Design of the Rocco Forte Hotels, Martin Brudnizki will be supervising the design concept of the hotel with Ogla Polizzi. As mentioned, this five star hotel will have two towers each having 19 floors. One of these towers are planned to include a total of 209 rooms, having an assortment of suites, while the other tower will have 94 services apartments.

Not just the lodging facilities, but this hotel will include a business center, a dedicated space for conference, three lavish restaurants and a sumptuous tea lounge. Another top-notch flair would be the fully equipped health club that would have separate facilities for the males and females, occupying the area of 1,600 square meters. On the top roof there will be a 25-meter swimming pool.

According to Mr. Rocco Forte, in the financial year of 2012/2013, revenue of over USD 13 million will be generated from its operations in the region.
